I have been running my personal training business in the Edinburgh area for over 12 years and have recently expanded into the Scottish Borders.

My training methods are based on the belief that our bodies are meant to move in multiple directions in a wide range of motions and, for this to take place efficiently and without injury, the core of the body must be strong. This principle is integrated into all of my training sessions to achieve:

  • balance
  • flexibility
  • muscle toning
  • sport specific strength
  • core conditioning

Working towards achieving maximum fitness is just one aspect of my personal training. I work with my clients to set goals to sustain focus and momentum, instilling a positive attitude to enable them to reach full potential - never forgetting that it needs to be fun!
